NWA World Vacations The NWA World Vacations web site was difficult to navigate and even more difficult to use for booking a vacation. A complete site overhaul was required. The project began with basic user testing and usability studies, and continued on to site design, information architecture, and code development, all while maintaining the company's branding standards.
